You are:

A consulting professional with a strong foundation in digital finance and OneStream solutions who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments. You’re analytical, collaborative, and client‑focused, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable finance technology solutions. Clients trust you to bring structure to ambiguity and deliver practical insights that improve finance operations, transparency, and decision‑making.

The work:

• Support clients in modernizing their finance functions through OneStream-enabled solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Accenture teams to define transformation objectives, requirements, and roadmaps

• Design and support OneStream solution components, including business rules, workflows, reporting cubes, dashboards, and integrations

• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives across key processes such as financial planning & analysis, record-to-report, and close & consolidation

• Analyze current-state finance processes and data models to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency

• Support implementation activities, including configuration, testing, data validation, and user enablement

• Present insights, status updates, and recommendations to client stakeholders

• Work effectively as part of a project team, taking accountability for assigned workstreams and deliverables

• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and business development activities related to OneStream and finance transformation

• Stay current on OneStream capabilities, finance trends, and evolving CFO priorities

Here’s what you need:

• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial systems, or EPM-focused consulting

• Hands-on experience or project exposure to OneStream (implementation, configuration, reporting, or support)

• Experience across finance processes such as FP&A, close & consolidation, financial reporting, or record-to-report

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field

• Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on client needs

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

• You have participated in end-to-end OneStream implementations

• You have experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle

• You’re familiar with related finance technologies (e.g., Anaplan, data integration tools, analytics platforms)

• You have experience with operating model or process design

• You hold or are pursuing a CPA designation

• You have an MBA or other advanced degree

• You are comfortable working directly with clients and contributing to proposal development

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
