  Work closely with project management teams to monitor project profitability and cost controls.

  Manage company cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for large-scale projects.

  Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements including project financing where applicable.

  Ensure adequate liquidity and financial stability to support ongoing operations and project commitments.

  Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• 
  Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• 
  Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

  Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks.

  Identify financial risks related to project execution, contracts, and market conditions.

  Implement policies and systems to mitigate financial and operational risks.

  Lead and develop the finance team including accounting, treasury, and financial planning functions.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 
  Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent preferred.
• 
  Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
• 
  Proven experience managing project accounting and cost management in large-scale construction projects.
• 
  Experience in treasury, project financing, and banking relationships is highly advantageous.
• 
  Prior experience working with senior leadership and board stakeholders.
