Job Responsibilities
Control sales and marketing performance across NIBU (Nissan Importers Business Unit) and its product portfolio.
Monitor KPIs related to sales, market share, and campaign effectiveness for NIBU and each product portfolio.
Support pricing strategies, promotions, and incentive planning.
Evaluate marketing strategies and brand positioning for both Nissan brands.
After-Sales Management
Analyze revenues from spare parts, accessories, and services.
Support customer loyalty and retention strategies.
Financial Planning
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
Analyze variances and propose improvement actions.
Ensure alignment with corporate financial and business targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, NSCs (Importers), and Marketing teams.
Develop executive reports to support decision-making.
Job Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial controlling, preferably in the automotive or premium brands sector.
Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, BI platforms, ERP systems).
Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach.
Passion for the automotive industry.
