As the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a key executive partner to the Chief Executive Officer, driving strategic expansion, commercial growth, and operational transformation. Operating at the convergence of clean beauty, skin regeneration, and follicle cellular rebuilding, this organization is scaling rapidly across global retail, D2C, and specialty sales channels.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will bring financial rigor, operational insight, and a strategic forward-thinking vision to an already beloved global brand. You will lead an established team of 12+ finance, accounting, supply chain, and technology professionals while taking point on board reporting, strategic capital allocation, and growth opportunities. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, C-suite, and Board of Directors, aligning long-term business strategy with tactical financial execution to accelerate EBITDA growth.
• Take full ownership of internal Investor Relations (IR), actively preparing and delivering investor story-telling during quarterly earnings calls and strategic roadshows.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and analytical support for global market expansions across retail (Ulta, Sephora), e-commerce, and international distribution networks.
• Drive M&A strategy, including transaction structuring, financial due diligence, deal negotiation, and seamless post-acquisition integration.
• Cultivate and manage critical relationships within the investment and banking communities, including commercial lenders and potential PE sponsors, to optimize capital structure and raise capital as needed.
• Partner with the Controller and Technical Accounting team to oversee a robust, GAAP-compliant month-end close calendar, financial reporting package, and regulatory filings.
• Evaluate and manage product portfolio margins across extensive SKU architectures, partnering with Marketing, Operations, and R&D on unit economics and pricing strategies.
• Drive operational efficiencies and working capital optimization across complex omnichannel supply chains, 3PL logistics networks, and outsourced contract manufacturing partners.
• Oversee and enhance company-wide corporate FP&A functions, building scalable budgeting, forecasting, and long-range 3-year operating plans.
• Direct system enhancements and integrations across cloud-based platforms, including NetSuite and Salesforce, to drive business automation and data visibility.
• Provide financial oversight for intellectual property capitalization and commercialization strategies across specialized product categories and skin-health applications.
• Serve as the primary administrative and financial point of contact for external audit firms, banking partners, and board committees.
• Establish key operational performance metrics, aligning cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Operations with core financial targets.
• Ensure stringent internal financial controls, corporate risk management strategies, and regulatory compliance across domestic and international operating entities.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with a track record of driving scale in high-growth enterprises.
• Prior executive experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or VP of Accounting within a beauty, cosmetics, skincare, biotech, or MedAesthetics organization.
• Strong background supporting marketing & commercial sales finance, strategic transactions, or corporate growth initiatives.
• Global entity experience, including managing cross-border financial structures, multi-currency reporting, and international expansions.
• Experience navigating cloud-based enterprise systems, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.
• Hands-on leadership experience managing co-manufacturing relationships, 3PL logistics networks, and complex consumer goods supply chains.
