Lead and oversee the financial strategy, reporting, treasury, liquidity management, forecasting, budgeting, and operational finance.
Conduct financial and operational audits, identify inefficiencies, and optimize financial processes.
Implement scalable controls for a growing fintech environment.
Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, partners, and stakeholders.
Proven experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance executive in fintech or regulated financial institutions.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, audits, compliance, and financial operations in complex payment environments.
Experience managing finance teams in scaling businesses.
