Job Description

Position: CFO preferable to textile + export experience

Reporting: Directors & Board

The overall purpose of this position is to oversee all financial operations, including accounting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Also, he/she will be playing a major role in fiscal stability, risk management, liquidity optimization, and organizational growth that will be driven through data-driven decision-making. As a key advisor to the Directors and board, it is the key role of developing financial strategies with business objectives, maintaining regulatory compliance, and communicating financial health to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing the overall organizational finance strategy and developing business plans to ensure the financial well-being of the organization.
2. Responsible for establishing finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements, managing budgets, forecasts, actuals, and monitoring performance to ensure the financial health and integrity of the company.
3. Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
4. Responsible for driving the short-term and long-term financial planning exercise for the company.
5. Responsible for overseeing the budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow, and coordination of audit activities.
6. Responsible for maintaining banking relations.
7. Responsible for providing recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
8. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
9. Any Special assignments from Directors & Top Management.
10. Strong leadership skills
11. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to devise strategies and solutions.

Academic Background: CA (ideally from Big4 trained)
