A respected and financially strong Life Plan Community along Florida’s Northeast coast is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team.
The CFO will partner closely with the CEO and Board to lead the organization’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, capital initiatives, and overall fiscal operations. This is a highly visible role within a mission-driven organization known for its culture, stability, and commitment to excellence.
Ideal candidates will bring senior financial leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or other complex service environments, along with strong strategic and operational finance expertise.
