Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A company with home care agencies and assisted living facilities is seeking a CFO to oversee finances across multiple entities. This role will focus on reporting, cash flow, banking, and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reports and analyze business performance
• Oversee P&Ls and monthly financial statements
• Manage cash flow and banking relationships
• Ensure accurate billing and collections
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Conduct weekly accounts payable reviews
• Improve financial systems and processes
• Provide ownership with strategic financial insight

Requirements

• CPA required
• 3+ years of public accounting firm experience
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Experience with cash flow, AP, billing, and reconciliations
• Up to date on accounting software
• Ownership mentality and hands-on approach
