We are looking for a CFD Engineer to join our team and support an important customer. The activity includes:

• •Perform simulations using meshless SPH/MPS software tools for analyzing transmission oil splashing phenomena
• Execute simulation projects based on standardized methodologies and internal analysis catalog
• Very good knowledge of air flow and thermal management phenomena and their interactions
• Support product development through the use of optimization tools
• Minimize analysis iterations by leveraging scripting and automation skills
• Collaborate closely with Testing and Calibration teams to correlate simulation results with experimental data
• Interpret simulation results, compile comprehensive technical documentation, and contribute to the creation and refinement of simulation workflows
• Contribute to CFD methodology development according to the growth plans defined by Technical Leaders

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or Physics
• Strong knowledge of fluid dynamic phenomena
• Knowledge of CFD software: Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM, Particleworks
• Nice to have: Altair NanoFluidX, AVL PreonLab (MPS/SPH), CSI Converge
• Experience with optimization tools: iSight, modeFRONTIER, HEEDS
• Scripting skills in Java and/or Python
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility, Ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity of teamwork, social and intercultural competency
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team members
