职位描述
1、协助开展机器人整机及关节模组热管理开发工作，配合梳理整机及核心部件热管理性能目标，协助制定开发计划与技术落地策略。 2、参与机器人整机热管理系统架构方案设计，协助完成风冷、液冷、相变冷却等散热方案的调研、选型与优化，配合完成散热器件选型、风道及管路布局优化等基础设计工作。 3、协助完成机器人胸腔、头部、躯干、关节模组等核心结构的热流体仿真分析与性能优化，协助搭建热性能评价标准，配合保障整机及关键部件热管理指标达标。 4、参与热管理系统测试方案的梳理与编制，跟进台架测试、整机实测过程，协助完成仿真数据与试验数据对标闭环，配合排查、分析并跟进解决各类热管理相关问题。 5、协助梳理、完善机器人热管理开发流程、仿真分析标准及热设计规范，参与技术文档标准化建设，助力团队开发工作规范化、体系化落地。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，流体力学、热能工程、机械工程、车辆工程、动力工程等相关理工科专业，硕士学历优先，24/25届应届毕业生。 2、无工作年限硬性要求，具备机器人、新能源汽车热管理相关课题研究、项目实践、实习、仿真竞赛经验者优先。 3、具备扎实的传热学、流体力学、工程热力学专业理论基础，熟悉热流体仿真基本原理与开发流程，有热仿真分析实操经验优先。 4、具备良好的技术学习能力与逻辑思维能力，能够快速吸收行业新技术、新方案。 5、工作严谨踏实、责任心强，具备良好的问题分析能力、抗压能力与团队协作意识，愿意长期深耕热管理技术领域。 优先加分项 1、有人形机器人、移动机器人或车载热管理系统开发、仿真优化相关经验； 2、参与过热管理方案设计、仿真对标、测试验证等全流程项目实践。
