At Xerox, we are redefining the future of work through innovative technology, digital transformation, and world-class business services. We are looking for a highly organized and commercially driven CES Sales Support Specialist to help accelerate revenue conversion and support high-impact sales pursuits for our Client Engagement Services (CES) organization.
In this role, you will support new business, new logo, and renewal opportunities by coordinating deal qualification, RFP responses, pricing inputs, governance readiness, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Delivery, Legal, and Solution Architecture teams.
This position is based in Cebu and supports US-aligned sales cycles while helping improve pursuit quality, operational efficiency, and time to revenue.

What You Will Do:
  • Support new business, new logo, and renewal opportunities for CES offerings by coordinating pursuit activities and ensuring deal readiness.
  • Manage and improve deal qualification processes to help prioritize high-value opportunities and accelerate revenue conversion.
  • Coordinate and support RFP responses, including scoring, content collaboration, timeline management, and submission readiness.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Delivery, Solution Architecture, Legal, Accounting, and Contract Specialists to ensure complete and accurate deal inputs.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, pricing models, statements of work (SOW), service agreements (SSA), and governance documentation.
  • Review contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and related documentation to identify obligations, assumptions, commercial risks, and gaps.
  • Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to validate pricing assumptions, labor models, escalators, expense inputs, and third-party quotes.
  • Work closely with solution architects to align operational feasibility, solution design assumptions, and commercial considerations.
  • Lead or coordinate deal review preparation activities, including BMPP readiness and executive review support.
  • Facilitate account team workshops, strategy sessions, and cross-functional review meetings to improve pursuit quality and execution alignment.
  • Develop, create, maintain, and upload opportunity documentation in Salesforce and OnBase.
  • Identify process inefficiencies that impact time to revenue and recommend improvements that increase speed, quality, and accountability.
  • Ensure all deal packages are complete, accurate, commercially sound, and ready for governance approval before final submission.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on CES offerings, sales support workflows, and pursuit governance processes while supporting US-aligned sales cycles from Cebu.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Sales Support, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales pursuits, RFP processes, deal governance, pricing coordination, or contract-related workflows.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect scope, pricing, delivery assumptions, risk, and margin impact.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Delivery, Legal, and operational stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, OnBase, business case development, and governance processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to identify risks, missing inputs, and process gaps before executive review.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive, sales, and operational audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting US-based teams and timelines from Cebu.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.

How We Set You Up for Success:
  • Hands-on training of Xerox solutions and all aspects of the Sales Support Specialist role and responsibilities
  • Job shadowing to thoroughly prepare you
  • Ongoing career development training
  • Exposure to cross-functional business operations and enterprise-level sales pursuits
  • Opportunities to collaborate with leaders across Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Solution Architecture
  • A supportive environment focused on continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth
