Fluid Tech Hydraulics is hiring a Certified Welder with experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to support our growing hydraulic repair and fabrication operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented welder with experience in metal fabrication, hydraulic systems, and blueprint reading. - Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored welding on steel and metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Fabricate, repair, and modify hydraulic cylinders, components, and metal structures
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and fabrication tools
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and shop safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with technicians and shop team to meet production deadlines
- AWS Certified Welder (or equivalent certification) preferred
- 1–3+ years of experience in industrial welding or fabrication
- Experience with hydraulic equipment or heavy machinery is a plus
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of welding codes, safety standards, and materials
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment
- Dependable with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience with pipe welding or structural welding
- Familiarity with hydraulic repair or cylinder rebuilding
- Experience in manufacturing, heavy equipment, or industrial settings
