Mueller Veterinary Services is Hiring a Veterinary Technician!

Position Details

• Role: Certified Veterinary Technician
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience & licensure
• Schedule: Four full workdays per week + rotating Saturdays (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

What You’ll Do

• Assist with surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring
• Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and lab work
• Conduct dental cleanings and radiology
• Provide high-quality nursing care for small and large animal patients
• Educate clients and build strong relationships
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians and teammates

What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring

• Licensed (or eligible) Certified Veterinary Technician in Illinois
• Strong technical skills, including anesthesia and dentistry
• Confidence in patient handling (small and/or large animals)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
