Hiring Immediately - Flexible Shifts Available (Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem)

Woodlands Senior Living Rockland Community is seeking dedicated Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMAs) to join our team. An active Maine 40-Hour CRMA Certification is required for this position. We offer flexible scheduling options.

What You'll Do

  • Administer medications and accurately document medication administration in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.
  • Observe residents for medication effectiveness, side effects, and changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
  • Support resident participation in activities and social engagement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in resident status.
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life through compassionate care.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing and care team members to ensure positive resident outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Maine 40-Hour CRMA Certification required.
  • Current PSS certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification if required by community standards.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care is preferred.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Active Maine 40-Hour CRMA Certification required.
  • Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.
  • Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
  • Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision
