• Join our collaboration between Deaconess Health System and Orthopaedic Associates as a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) practicing at the Orthopedic Surgery Center.
• Weekday schedule 7a - 5p, no weekends or holidays (176 scheduled shifts annually), providing exceptional work-life balance.

Compensation & Incentives

W-2 Employment

• Base Compensation: $316,800 annually ($180/hour)

1099 Independent Contractor

• Base Compensation: $352,800 annually ($215/hour)

Additional Incentives

• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (5-year commitment required)
• Eligible for quality incentive of up to $8,800 annually

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Active Indiana CRNA license required
