Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Fort Cavazos

📍 Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), Fort Cavazos, TX
🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | No call, weekends, or holidays


  • Provide anesthesia for surgical, obstetric, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.


  • Administer general, regional, local, and MAC anesthesia.


  • Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and manage post-anesthesia recovery.


  • Secure and manage patient airways (intubation, ventilation).


  • Maintain medical documentation in MHS Genesis.


  • Ensure compliance with DoD, CRDAMC, and Joint Commission standards.


  • Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.


  • NBCRNA certification



  • Current, unrestricted RN and CRNA license in any U.S. state/territory.


  • BLS, ACLS, PALS
    (AHA or Red Cross, in-person only).


  • Minimum 2 years’ full-time CRNA experience within the last 3 years.


  • Active DEA registration (required prior to start).


  • U.S. Citizenship required.
