Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: New Radiance Cosmetic Centers - Palm Beach Gardens; 3901 Design Center Drive, Suite 100, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410

Job Type: Per Diem / Contract (Individual CRNA or CRNA Group)

Schedule/Availability: Per diem, based on the surgical schedule at our new Palm Beach Gardens surgery center, opening December 2026.

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers - Palm Beach Gardens is opening a brand-new surgery center in December 2026. We are looking for a per diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist or CRNA group to take care of our anesthesia needs. The CRNA prepares prescribed solutions and administers anesthetic following specified methods and procedures, working in collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Performs pre- and post-anesthesia patient visits and documents anesthesia notes on patient records.
• Reviews medical history, evaluates patients, and determines proper methods of anesthesia.
• Performs or evaluates diagnostic tests, such as radiographs (x-rays) and electrocardiograms (EKGs).
• Measures and monitors the level and speed at which anesthesia is administered.
• Monitors patient vital signs to ensure safety, including skin color, pupil dilation, pulse, heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, ventilation, and urine output.
• Informs the surgeon of the patient's condition during anesthesia.
• Manages patients' airway or pulmonary status using techniques such as endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, respiratory therapy, and extubation.
• Oversees patient recovery from anesthesia and cares for the patient's immediate post-operative needs.
• Prepares prescribed solutions and administers local, intravenous, spinal, or other anesthetics following specified methods and procedures.
• Responds to emergency situations by providing airway management, administering fluids or drugs, and using basic or advanced life support techniques.
• Develops anesthesia care plans.

Requirements & Experience:

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Valid State of Florida APRN license required.
• Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) required.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires frequent standing, walking, and bending during surgical procedures.
• Frequent talking and listening when communicating with surgeons, patients, and the surgical team.
• Requires manual dexterity and fine motor skills for administering anesthesia and managing airway equipment.
• May require lifting or assisting with the movement and positioning of patients.
• Requires the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
