
Per Diem Position BID Plymouth CRNA
The Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks CRNAs with a passion for patient care to join our top rated group practice. We have a proud tradition of superb care, a stimulating case mix, and a culture of respect for our clinical staff. Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth (BID–Plymouth) is a 160-bed community hospital is the southernmost site of the network serv ing many patients who live on Cape Cod. Our surgical suite consists of eight state-of-the-art operating rooms (ORs) and a pre-op area that is contiguous with a spacious Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Our operating rooms are equipped with laparoscopic equipment, and we offer Brain lab image-guided surgery for complex spine surgery.
You are employed by Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (APHMFP) which was formed in 2006 and staffs multiple community-based hospitals/surgery centers. (BID-Plymouth, BID-Milton, Anna Jaques, New England Baptist , and Mount Auburn).

136 Physicians, 97 CRNAs with a strong supportive Leadership Team
Multiple practice settings ensuring the right individualized case fit including general surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, GYN, ENT, urology, bariatrics, thoracic, vascular, endoscopy, EP, OB, minimal healthy pediatrics .

Pay Range:
$200 - $225/hr
The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
