2026 Financial Package

High-Value Compensation

  • $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $280,000+ Base Salary (Tiered structure; 5+ years’ experience starts at max tier)
  • $10,000 Annual Quality Bonus
  • $20/hr Shift Differential for nights and weekends
  • $301,200+ Total Annual Value (Includes base, quality bonus, and employer retirement contributions)

Retirement & Vesting (403b & 457b)

  • 4% Employer Match: Fully realized when you contribute at least 4%.
  • 3-Year Vesting: A clear path to full ownership of employer contributions.
  • Dual Plan Access: Flexibility with both Roth and Pre-Tax investment options.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Maximum Time Off: 24-hour shifts prioritized to allow for condensed work weeks.
  • Flexible Options: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts also available to fit your lifestyle.
  • Time Off: 304 hours (38 days) of combined PTO, CME, and sick time. Ten weekend commitments annually provide an additional 50 days off, in addition to PTO, CME, and New Jersey sick leave—resulting in a total of approximately 17 weeks of time off per year.
  • Professional Support: $3,000 annual CME allotment and full malpractice coverage with tail.
