Your new opportunity

Located in Mackay, QLD,this role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll also bring

  • CPV status & Membership with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland

  • Experience in the residential valuation sector

  • A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications

  • A keen attention to detail, excellent report writing, and strong analytical skills

  • Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities
