Position Certified Pilates Instructor (reformer experience is a must)
Location FFC South Loop
Compensation $49–$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions as well as have opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 day ($500–$1000/month for the first 3 months).

Qualifications:

• Full Studio Certification Must be certified or complete certification within 6 months
• Educational Skills Ability to teach Pilates and its benefits
• CPR/AED Certification Required

Your Role:

• Build Your Schedule Set your weekly appointments and maintain consistent service
• Sales Grow your client base using proven sales methods (training provided)
• Safety Ensure a clean, safe environment for all
• Client Engagement Help clients with exercise guidance and support
• Promote FFC Programs Build relationships and suggest relevant programs
• Deliver Quality Training Help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Stay Informed Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
• Maintain Certifications Keep Pilates and CPR/AED certifications up to date
• Support Events Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs

Compensation: $49.00 - $70.00 per hour
