Logan Health Brendan House is seeking a full-time Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing therapy team in beautiful Kalispell, Montana.

Qualifications
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Current Montana Physical Therapy Assistant license or temporary Montana PTA license
Current CPR certification, as applicable to assigned area
Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
Responsibilities
Provide therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assist with individualized treatment plans to support resident goals
Deliver care that reflects resident age, culture, condition, and functional needs
Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
Follow therapy standards, payer guidelines, and department expectations
Collaborate with the care team on resident goals, progress, and discharge planning
Use therapy equipment, materials, and techniques safely and appropriately
Maintain productivity, attendance, and documentation standards
Support a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
