Phoenix Pharmacy Solutions is currently seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians in Baton Rouge, LA!

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Pharmacist to maintain and improve pharmacy services
  • Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team
  • Review physician's orders and enter patient medication orders into the pharmacy system
  • Process and fill orders
  • Delivery a quality pharmacy experience for both patients and providers
  • Maintain compliance

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy
  • 2+ years of recent pharmacy experience; billing experience and prior authorization knowledge preferred
  • Experience with PioneerRx, FrameworkLTC, or a similar system preferred
  • Able to type >45 wpm
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment
  • Understanding of workflow processes and ability to adapt accordingly to changes
  • Flexible and proactive to meet varied patient needs
  • Self-Motivated and able to work autonomously to ensure completion of tasks
  • Able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Sage Rehabilitation Hospital and Outpatient Services offers an intense comprehensive program, utilizing a team of rehabilitation specialists; to guide you or your loved one along an individualized treatment plan designed to maximize functional independence.

Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) offers patients with complex medical conditions the continued intensive medical care they need when discharged from a traditional acute care hospital but need additional time to recover before they can go home or be admitted to a rehabilitation hospital or skilled nursing facility.
