Schedule: Full -Time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Provides peersupport using their own lived experience to help others feel understood, hopeful, and less alone.
• Offers practical guidance (e.g., coping strategies, navigating services, building routines) based on what has worked for them personally.
• Supports recovery goals by helping people set and work toward goals like stability, wellness, employment/education, or community connection.
• Builds trusting, nonjudgmental relationships and encourages self-advocacy and independence.
• Works alongside clinicians and community providers (when applicable) to share insights and promote coordinated, person-centered care.
• Helps reduce isolation by connecting people to groups, resources, and community activities.
