Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients across various settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

Schedule and Shift Details

• Full-time schedule up to 36 hours per week; flexible scheduling options available, including part-time and per diem shifts

10 to 13 Week Contract Position with Possibility to Extend
