Looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact? Victorian Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident progress.

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and safety recommendations.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
