Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team
Educate residents, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Qualifications
Current California COTA license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for resident-centered care
