
The Certified Nursing Assistant performs specific patient care such as assisting with personal hygiene, taking and recording vital signs, using safe transfer techniques and performing restorative nursing with residents. The CNA assists nursing personnel under the direct supervision of the registered nurse by observing and reporting resident conditions. Applicants must be compassionate, caring and efficient in dealing with decision making while managing time and deadlines in a positive fashion.
Education Graduate of Nursing Assistant training program. Must be listed in Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry.
Certifications: BLS Certification required (can obtain on the job).
Shift Working 24 hours on the PM shift with rotating weekends and holidays.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
