Overview

Support the team behind every successful procedure. Join the Operating Rooms Main team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing hands-on patient support while helping maintain the safe, organized and efficient environment essential to surgical care.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Unit Director and direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or Staff RN, the Certified Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care through assistance with activities of daily living and helps provide a clean, comfortable and safe care environment.

• 🏥 Department: Operating Rooms Main
• ☀️ Shift: Days
• 🕒 Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 📅 Work Week: Monday–Friday
• 💼 Status: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
• 📞 On-Call Requirement: Weekend call required
• 🤝 Role Focus: Patient support, activities of daily living, patient comfort and safety, and support of the surgical care environment

Qualifications

🎓 Education

• Post-high school specialized training required

📋 Licensure & Certification

• Valid Florida CNA license required
• BLS required
