About the Role — Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering personal care and minimal homemaker services (i.e., services that promote a safe and clean patient environment) to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or long-term care facilities. Services are provided in accordance with Hosparus Health policies and the CNA Plan of Care (POC). The CNA also participates in the development of policies and procedures that guide the provision of hospice care.
