
Join our perioperative team as a Certified Nursing Assistant / Health Unit Coordinator, where you’ll support exceptional patient care and smooth unit operations. In this position, you will provide both hands‑on clinical support and essential clerical coordination to ensure patients, families, and staff experience a safe, organized, and compassionate environment.
Job Duties:
Deliver direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician, including assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and comfort measures.
Offer emotional support to patients and families while helping maintain a calm, patient‑centered atmosphere.
Perform delegated clinical tasks in alignment with nursing direction and established standards.
Complete unit‑based clerical and secretarial duties such as managing communications, coordinating patient flow, and supporting documentation needs.
Uphold and actively support MMC’s Mission, Vision, Values, True North principles, and organizational goals in all aspects of work.
