Job Description

Provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive long-term care environment. You'll work alongside nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver personalized care while building meaningful relationships with the residents and families you serve.

You'll provide hands-on CNA/STNA care in Georgetown, Ohio, supporting residents with personal care, mobility, vital signs, daily living activities, documentation, and communication with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.

You'll apply your CNA/STNA skills to provide compassionate daily care, support residents' quality of life, collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers, and follow established care procedures in a team-oriented long-term care environment.

Work Schedule: PRN; Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities

  • Record vital signs and report patient care, condition, progress, or concerns to nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with individualized daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, standing, walking, exercising, mobility, and incontinence care while supporting nutritional needs in accordance with established care plans.
  • the Charge Nurse.
  • Provide basic emotional and psychological support to residents and families.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment.
  • Follow facility procedures and perform related activities as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid STNA certification to work in the State of Ohio required.
  • Current CPR certification from AHA, ARC, or other accepted provider required.
  • Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts required.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
