As a valued member of Trinity Health At Home, the Homecare Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, paraprofessional care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with physician orders. Guided by the state Nurse Practice Act and agency standards, you will support clients with essential daily care, promote safety and comfort, and help them maintain dignity and independence in their home environment.
