Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

$5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, qualified applicants

Requirements:

• CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities:

• Cares for residents under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical/vocational nurse.
• Takes and records vital signs, measures and records height and weight, and assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nursing staff and documents care as required.
• Provides bathing and personal hygiene care to residents in accordance with established shower schedules and individual care plans, ensuring resident privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times.

Shifts Offered:

• 12 hour shifts offered
• 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am

Pay Information

$16-$17 (.10 up to 10 years experience)

Shift Differential

2p - 6p: $0.75 / hr.
6p - 6a: $1.50 / hr.
Any shift on Sat 12AM-11:59pm Sunday $1.50
