Hayward Gardens Post Acute is now hiring compassionate and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional care team! If you are passionate about providing quality resident care in a supportive and team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you.

At Hayward Gardens Post Acute, CNAs play a vital role in delivering daily nursing care and assisting residents with their individualized care plans under the direction of licensed nursing staff and supervisors.

Position Details

  • Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Schedule: Part-Time / On-Call

  • Shifts Available: AM, PM, and NOC

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $24/hour
