As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide individualized, hands-on care to patients while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.
You will help ensure each patient receives care with dignity, respect, and attention to their unique needs.
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility, and nutrition
Support patient comfort, hygiene, and overall well-being
Monitor and document vital signs, intake and output, and changes in condition
Follow and implement patient care plans in collaboration with licensed nursing staff
Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
Provide emotional support to patients and families
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Support care across multiple units including inpatient, ER, and outpatient as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care

Current Washington State CNA (or CNA-R with ability to obtain NAC within 3 months)
Current BLS certification
Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
Comfort working across multiple patient care settings
Part-time position
May include varied shifts depending on patient needs
