What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
• Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Helping create positive experiences for residents and their families

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification in the State of Washington
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide exceptional care while maintaining resident dignity and respect
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is welcomed but not required

• Starting wage: $23.72/hour + DOE (Depending on Experience)
