Park Place of St. John, an Catered Living/Campus Care Community, located in St. John, IN has an immediate opening for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Part Time, 3:00PM-11:00PM. Must be able to work every other weekendHome Health Aide Certification in addition to CNA a plusPark Place of St John is a member of the Providence Life Services family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve!

Shift Hours: 3:00PM-11:00PM. Evening Shift Hours may change between 3PM-11PM to 3PM-8PM. Must be able to work every other weekend. Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus.

of essential job functions:

• Responsible for light kitchen duties, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Make fluids and snacks available between meals and at bedtime.
• Assist in toileting, bathing, and daily grooming of assigned residents.
• Maintain a calm, pleasant living environment for the residents.
• Document changes in medical condition to the appropriate nurses on duty.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana.
• Preferred licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of Indiana.
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and complete the orientation program.
