What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care while helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care
  • Follow individualized care plans and assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate nursing team member
  • Accurately document care and services provided
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide high-quality resident care

Qualifications

  • Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation
  • Availability for PM or NOC shifts
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Genuine interest in caring for seniors and supporting their quality of life
