Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: San Francisco Post-Acute (Mission St.)

Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)

Role Summary

San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional resident care in a fast-paced post-acute care environment.

Part Time Available Shift

NOC Weekdays/Weekends

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily care needs.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.
  • Support meal service and tray distribution.
  • Provide compassionate care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and fellow team members.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care.
  • Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required.
