Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts available: 7-3am, 3-11pm and 11p-7a part-time and full-time available

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Support residents’ emotional well-being and promote a positive atmosphere
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods
