We are seeking energetic, dependable, and compassionate CNAs to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in both our long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings.
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available: NOC
Starting Pay: $24 per hour, depending on experience
Competitive Pay: Starting at $24/hour, DOE

Provide compassionate, person-centered daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan and individual needs.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and maintaining resident safety.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Promote residents' dignity, independence, privacy, and comfort.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.
Work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff to provide high-quality care to both long-term residents and short-term rehabilitation patients.
Required: Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Previous CNA experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred.
