Position Details

  • Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Shifts Available: NOC

  • Starting Pay: $24 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate, person-centered daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan and individual needs.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

  • Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.

  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, and maintaining resident safety.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

  • Promote residents' dignity, independence, privacy, and comfort.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.

  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.

  • Work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff to provide high-quality care to both long-term residents and short-term rehabilitation patients.

Qualifications

  • Required: Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

  • Previous CNA experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred.

  • New CNAs are welcome to apply! Training and support are available to help you develop your skills and succeed in your role.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
