About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Per Diem, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to our patients and residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. Your enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to patient care will make a significant impact on our patients' recovery and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop personalized care plans
Assist with transporting patients and transferring them between rooms
Perform vital signs, take weights, and conduct other relevant assessments
Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
