Key Responsibilities
Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
Clinical Monitoring: Observe resident vital signs and promptly report any changes to the nursing leadership.
Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for all residents.
Mobility Support: Help residents with safe transfers and ambulation as required.
Communication & Documentation: Participate in care planning, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical records.
Qualifications
Certification: Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California
Attributes: Compassionate, patient, and committed to clinical excellence.
Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
