About Delta View Post Acute

Delta View Post Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents while working closely with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.

  • Measure and record vital signs.

  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.

  • Document care accurately according to facility policies.

  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

  • Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families.

  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding resident care.

Qualifications

  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
