We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pahrump, NV, to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence.
Location: Pahrump Schedule: Morning or Day shifts Pay: $20/hr + a $1,000 bonus after 90 days from your first visit!

Responsibilities

  • Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
  • Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
  • Provide companionship care and basic emotional or psychological support.
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Adhere to the patient’s established plan of care.
  • Execute the physician prescribed plan of care and maintain compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record.
  • Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
  • Remind patient of medication to be taken 
  • Maintain records and documentation of daily services.
  • Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current CPR certification
  • Current First Aid certification
  • TB test & physical examination
  • Ability to monitor vital signs.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Caring and compassionate personality
  • Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.
  • Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of caregiving experience
