Wages: $22.77–$29.30/HR (based on certified experience) + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for NEW hires!

Location: Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Grants Pass, OR)

Schedule Full-Time

• Full-time Day Shift (12 HR Shifts)
• Full-time Evening Shift (8 HR Shifts)
• Full-time NOC Shift (12 HR Shifts)

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need:

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
• Recent education or completed clinical hours
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
