NOW HIRING: DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Schedule: Various shifts may be available, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct care, support, and assistance to individuals in a community-based setting
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
• Encourage independence, dignity, and participation in community activities
• Provide transportation or accompany individuals to appointments and activities when required
• Monitor and document individual activities and services provided
• Follow individualized service plans and established safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, individuals served, and their families/support systems
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

• Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or direct care is a plus
