Pay: $19–$21/hour

• 7a–3p: $20–$21
• 3p–11p: $20–$21 + $2 shift differential
• 11p–7a: $20–$21 + $1 shift differential
• Shifts: 8-hour & 12-hour options available | Weekend Program positions offered

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records
• Follow care plans and safety protocols
• Foster respectful relationships with residents and families

Qualifications:

• U.S. High School Diploma or GED required
• Current PA CNA certification
• Prior CNA experience preferred
• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dementia care
• Intermediate computer skills
• Basic Life Support certification preferred
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
