Your Impact & Responsibilities
As a CNA at Central Gardens, you are the heartbeat of our facility. You will:
Provide Essential Care: Deliver high-quality daily nursing support and remain highly responsive to resident call lights.
Support Clinical Flow: Assist with the seamless management of admissions and discharges, as well as meal service coordination.
Monitor & Report: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team by monitoring resident health and reporting any status changes to supervisors immediately.
Build Community: Foster a compassionate environment for residents and a supportive atmosphere for your peers.
Qualifications
Licensure: Must possess a valid California CNA Certification.
